Returns and Refunds Policy

30-day return policy
At PIEDINA, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for the return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package to our distribution center. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note: If the item is not damaged and the correct product was sent, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any restocking fees, if applicable.


Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@piedina.com and we will cover the return shipping or restocking costs in these cases.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items on sale and gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the current item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new item.


14-day reflection period in the European Union
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and credit your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@piedina.com.
